Windscreen Washer jets problem

Anyone else's washet jets gone weak and needed replacing? Mine went once, have been replaced but have gone weak again. Porsche now saying they won't fix under warranty as the vehicle may have been parked under a tree (which it isn't) but I will be pushing them on this.

Tree sap apparently blocks the jets. First time they said only use Porsche screen wash as others are no good and go like jelly

Then that's a design flaw. They should fix it under warranty or make it clear that Taycans are not suitable to be parked under trees.

Honestly, some of the BS service departments expect you to swallow.

This happened on our Panamera. It has been a garage queen most its life and Porsche claimed it was external debris that caused a jet to start failing. I figured out that if you blow compressed air into the malfunctioning jet then it would start working but another jet would then be clogged.

Dealer covered the costs based on my protest but within 5 weeks the same issue started to sporadically occur again. I speculate something grew in the reservoir and is blocking the lines on the way to the jets.
