5. No torque split display. My left instrument cluster panel only shows assitance, traffic signs, G force and tire info. No torque split which I have seen in other taycans. Is this a feature thats missing from 2022? Or do I need to turn it on some how?
The torque split screen is no longer available in the MY22 cars. Not sure why Porsche decided to remove it.

Where are you in Canada? I'm in Vancouver also with a 2022.

1) The dealer did this for me so he got it to work. No advice here.

2) I'm having the same issue, but when the rain stopped yesterday and the sun came out, it turned to day mode. But today it stayed in dark mode for an entire drive during the afternoon. But weird thing is that when I shine a light onto the light sensor next to the rain sensor, all the displays become brighter. I just can't trick it into day mode. I'm not too sure how the car differentiates between daytime and night time.

I'm not sure, but I think daytime running lights are the same as night time. I turned off the auto feature, and when that is off, all you can do is turn on and off the low beam with the button below it. There is no option for daytime or nighttime lights. I checked it out on my Tesla, and the daytime and nighttime lights seem to be identical (even the Tesla manual says that the only thing that changes during the daytime is the rear taillights are off).

3) I changed mine to PSI. I also didn't see an option in the menus, but somehow I did it. Let me get back to you on this.

4) I also have no smart lift. I thought I saw the menu item before, but maybe I am mistaken. Some other people have mentioned that it will come back on its own later.

5) Never heard of torque split before.
Display of All Wheel(Torque Split) - not a lot to see when you get to see it but check under Configure display scope that all items have been selected. Others have reported the same issue and don't have the All Wheel option listed (this implies a base model Taycan (RWD) when in fact the car in question is a 4S or above). It could be yours is listed but not selected. If not then it is back to the dealer I'm afraid.

Instrument display - lights - day time lights are simply the 4 corner LEDs in each headlight unit without the tail lamp lighting. Side lights will be the same except the tail light will be active. Auto mode simply detects the available LUX to determine mode - main LED light will switch on at dusk. Leave in Auto for most use cases. When side lights are deliberately switched on (Auto off) the lights will switch to Auto after 10 mph (or so) - same as Panamera (others).

The day / night view on Nav - 3 options - can also be configured with the diamond key on the cockpit or steering wheel.

Smartlift (and other functions) no dice when in Guest mode as mentioned by others. Check that it is enabled (Home, Settings, Vehicle, Smart Lift.

No screen shot here as (oddly) it isn't showing up in the simulator. There is a wider reported phenomenon where it appears and then disappears (I've not witnessed that). Only pre-condition is to have air suspension (not std on Taycan base / RWD).

Feels like your dealer did not do a full PDI to ensure the basics - lights, units (localisation) etc were checked (?).

If not already, check out the Porsche Good to Know App - all of these topics are covered there. If the feature is missing / doesn't appear to work then consult your dealer (unfortunately).

It that confirmed?

Appears in the Good to Know App - which now covers some features of the CT as does the simulator - odd that this would be permanently removed.

Well we have a MY22 CT4, and it's not present in tube 1 (where is should be) or settings in the PCM. The MY22 owners manual does not mention it, but it's mentioned in the MY20 and MY21 manuals.

The good to know app still only has content for MY20 and MY21 cars and has not been updated with the MY22 content. I would assume the simulator is still based on the MY20/MY21 cars.

Why Porsche decided to remove it, who knows. But I wish they would fix the alarm going off!!!!

I think for some of the mentioned features you need to be logged in.
It took me like 30-45 mins first time, it's not completely seamless.
Ask you dealer to help!

Crap - was hoping to hear that you car might not have this alarm issue - sounds like we can all expect this ongoing issue to persist into late builds, dang it! Re torque screen, any chance the CT 4 would have less digital options than a 4S/Turbo - seems extremely unlikely!

No, I don't think so, since the manual is not CT specific, but covers all Taycan's.

Out alarm has now gone off 4-5 times in the last week. Always in the garage and plugged in and charging.

That sucks - I need to ask my SA if this is happening at the dealer where they've had the car for nearly week now (I'm picking it up tomorrow) - fingers crossed not but if they do I might ask them to permanently turn interior monitoring off though PIWIS if possible, at least until there is an actual solution from Porsche.

This happened to me when I picked up. Is your SOS light red? I had to wait for them to do a “system reset” which took 45 mins. When it was returned the light was green and I could log in.

apparently it’s something they are supposed to do with all ‘22s (cayennes and Macans as well) when they arrive at the dealership, but the message apparently hasn’t made it to everyone.
Same thing happened when I picked up my 4S. It self resolved within 2 days. It has to do with Porsche servers acknowledging the car as sold. I wouldn’t be surprised if by the time you read this, your problem is solved.

Enjoy the car, revel in its handling. My Taycan 4S is the best car I’ve had by a country mile and that includes my 993 911S.

TORQUE SPLIT: I've checked all items and all wheel torque split is not even showing.

DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS: In every YouTube video I've scene, the red light bar in the rear is always on during the day. It appears the same rear lights are always on regardless of day or night. At least that is how it appears to me. Will have to observe other Taycan's on the road during the day.

DAY/NIGHT NAV MODE: Problem is that in the Auto setting, my Nav rarely wants to go into day mode. Seems to be mainly stuck in night mode. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but I'm up north in Canada where it's really cloudy most days.

Called my SA and there have been no random alarms after week there so fingers crossed - of course doesn't mean to say that once we connect the app it does not start! They are aware of the red light issues with certain cars and hopefully I can escape that issue too! Will find out tomorrow for sure.

I'm logged in and I also don't have smart lift. I assume by "logged in" you mean I've logged in as my user in the car. I am not a "guest" in the car.
Yes, I mean logged in as the user in the car, not as a guest.

That's what solved my smartlift issue.

Think I may have asked this before (apologies if so) but did you experience the alarm issue or are you clear?

Looks like I got a real lemon lol

No smart lift option in Settings->Vehicle->Smart Lift
No all wheel option

Yes my SOS is on red flashing!

Do you know if thats something that can be done OTA or must have a visit to dealer again?

Who is dealer. They should have addressed all this before giving it to you!
