Did you have a look at that elusive 12v battery sitting in there?

Also, given you removed the Bose stereo to try and aid delivery, how have you found the standard audio option so far?

I have only listened to radio 4 and classic FM so far, it seems OK just coming from quite low down.
I haven’t really had a check yet since it was foggy all day yesterday. It looks to be clearing now so as long as I get some free time I’ll go out later.

I haven’t investigated anything but DAB radio, CarPlay didn’t link because it needs me to engage Siri which I have never used so another thing to do.
I do have music on a USB stick if I can find my old>new USB adapter!

HOORAY! We never gave up hope, did we?! ;)
Now I can feel a little less guilt for having already taken delivery ?
Looks great (though we need to see that juicy blackberry interior too).
Suggest you consider PPF front plus both passenger side doors if you're likely to find yourself squeezed up against hedgerow (you'll already know if that's likely from your 355).

Congratulations, Frank. It looks superb. Looking forward to seeing a photo of the Blackberry and Mamba in the same shot. I think it will look superb.

Speaking about CarPlay, i was having a problem after iPhone upgraded to iOS16.
I was able to connect new device, but the connection kept dropping.
Some members of the forum wrote that wifi with taycan_xxxx needs to be deleted feom the phone, but without that, CarPlay doesn’t work.
There are two wifi networks:
-taycan_xxxx
- taycan_xxxx_5G

i found out that 2nd network (ie 5G) has to be set as “auto join” and CarPlay started to work again.
At least i hope so…will see next time/drive.

It does look really good without the pan roof actually. Enjoy the car!

I've thought of a (very convoluted ?) way to remember your number plate. As I do with my own.

Its related to remembering to stick within 2 mph of the speed limit on the motorway.

Stupid. But it works.

We moved into a new office at work last March, with a door PIN.
Heard it once and memorised it.
1682.
Everyone else kept forgetting it.

So I told them to just remember the minimum and maximum ages of Steve's (business partners) recent girlfriends. 16 & 82.
Everyone now remembers it ?
