For those with Taycans stuck at the Port of Benecia, I just got an update from my service advisor that all Taycans at the port have been released and will be with the dealer this week! I don't see an update in TYD and don't know whether this applies to all cars or just the ones headed to my dealer (Porsche Stevens Creek), but thought I'd share some positive news (...while keeping fingers crossed that there aren't additional roadblocks).

My car continues to be ahead of schedule. Actual dates:
June 18th started production, 22nd complete, 23rd on way to port, 26th arrived at port.

Now the real test. Will it really get on a boat to Houston on the 27th, as claimed?

It did not, in fact, make it on a boat the day after it arrived at the port. Delayed to July 14, and let’s see if it even makes that…

Nice!!!! Congrats!!! I got it from Redwood city and my SA is off today. TYD hasn't changed so I'll wait and see.

The Violet Ace just docked at the Port of Houston this afternoon! Woot. Now I wonder how long my Taycan will sit at the port.

Mine sat at the Houston port from 5/16/23 to 6/26/23. I hope you fare better!

I was just informed by TYD that my Taycan is off the boat and in the port. ETD at North Houston Porsche is 7/1. I suspect they will hold it there until the 5th, and then it may hit the dealership later that week. Im also banking on the dealership needing to prep it for 2 weeks....so, if everything goes well, perhaps I'll pick it up around 7/24ish.

I've been in Jacksonville, FL since May 11th, so don't be surprised if that timeline is way off. Apparently, they must really be behind with their shipping from that port.

I just received a call from my SA and the notification from My Porsche that my CT has left Jacksonville and should be at the dealer by tomorrow and I should be able to pick it up on Saturday. Any movement on yours?

Whaaaaat??? Wow, just how many leprechauns do you know??? No word yet on mine. I plan on calling either later today or tomorrow if I don't hear. I'm not sure if my SA is out of the office. I was hoping to get it in time for the 4th of July weekend.

Debating whether I want to just cancel and keep my money. Leaning 50/50 at this point. I keep thinking to myself, I'm not even a car person (evident by what I currently drive). Just thought I'd try something out of character once, haha.

Hey guys, I am officially, once again, jumping from other month to July delivery thread. (originally March delivery).
TYD updated to 7/6 today. This time it just pushes back for one week from 6/29 instead of a two-week placeholder date. Hopefully it's a good sign.
I don't even care about getting it at this point. All my plan since April have ruined by Porsche anyway. I am already numb to it lol

Wish all of us whose cars are holding at local port are able to actually receive them this month.

Debating whether I want to just cancel and keep my money. Leaning 50/50 at this point. I keep thinking to myself, I'm not even a car person (evident by what I currently drive). Just thought I'd try something out of character once, haha.

Ugh, that sucks. I was hoping it would be on the same car carrier as mine and just continue up the road after dropping mine off.

No leprechauns but the Porsche fairy must have received by offerings. Compared to a lot of people, even with the delays I have had, my wait time has been short. I placed the order at the end of February for an April allotment so all told about 3.5 months. I think I just had perfect timing.

I too, am not really a car person, my current car is a 2012 Prius, and I only recently came on board with Porsches that are not a 2 door sports car.

Enjoy your ride! Share pictures when you get it I found a 2020 4S at the same dealer I ordered mine. Might go check that out although I'm a bit concerned with that year. I was really hoping to keep it 2022 and newer. However there is just nothing available right now, very slim pickings.
