Go to my.porsche.com and check your recent trips. How does your recent consumption look like and has it changed from earlier similar trips?
My Porsche connect expired so I no longer have that data on the web

I have recently purchased a GTS ST and driven first 2500 miles with top box and rear bike rack (plus bikes) on it in France. Now back in Uk with 3 week old car that is showing 175mile range @ 100% - this is much less than I expected (230+) - not driven hard and heating on eco - do I have a problem
Hmm, odd indeed. Doesn't sound like all is well. Have you had the safety recall work done to test the battery yet?

Not yet - have contacted my supplying garage for advice but radio silence so far. The App shows consistently less than 2.0 mi/kwh throughout the past 2500 miles except a single day (at around 1000 miles where it was 2.8).

Daily numbers tend to be low. If you've not reset your trip since you got the car then look at the value for Total Trip as this will be the average consumption for all the miles you've covered since day 1 - this will be more meaningful.

I get lots of scarily high consumption numbers on short runs, particularly in winter but averaged 3.1 m/kWh over the last 12 months and 6000 miles.

Seems a portion of your pack is shot. What I would do for now is run your battery to 20% or under and let it sit overnight (more then 12 hours). Then charge the battery all the way up. This will rebalance the cells and will trigger any CEL’s that may be present. For some reason if you don’t do this the CeL’s will not trigger

It’s showing an average of 2 mil/kwh over 2649 miles

Ok and on average what is you typical daily journey distance / speed?

Quite a commute!

Motorway driving will be heavy on the juice particularly if a constant speed and little opportunity to recuperate.

None of this really explains your range unfortunately.

Ask your dealer to test the battery pack but suspect it will be ok but would remove some of the guesswork.

Your numbers aren’t too dissimilar to mine. 800miles, couple of weeks old GTS, 175 @ 85%, 200 @ 100%. Will be interested if you find there is an issue but with mine I expect just breaking in. Best trip consumption I’ve managed is 2.5 mi/kWh.

In Bordeaux France
GTS 6 month Old Wheels 21p : 225mi@85% heater off
206mi heater auto eco and 195 heater auto full
Average since beginning : 22,8 KWH /100kms so 2,7 mi/kwh
when weather too cold I pre-heat battery when charging my Taycan using auto heater so last travel 2*15 mi : 22,3 kwh/100 kms
But it depends on the way I drive the car

If you keep on your Taycan without moving your range after will decrease e.g when @Porsche

more Information can be found there with the Porsche simulator. For me really close to real range

Hope it can help

Quick update, I drove the car last night and to go 40 miles brought the car from 75% to 19% I charged it overnight and came out this morning to an error "Electrical system error" Park vehicle in a safe place. and the car wont go into drive. I'm waiting on the dealer to get back to me to figure out the next steps.
