Car's in for its first service and one of the things I asked to be checked was my broken cupholders - the spring loaded prongs (in both front cupholders) have disappeared into their holes. Some could be prised out but not all.
The initial view from the dealer is that it's not a warranty claim - something too big for the holder has forced the prongs.
I noted I fail to see how that's possible - the hole of the cupholder can only take a bottle of a max diameter and the prongs should be able to contend with that, otherwise what's the point?
They're going to escalate up to Porsche GB, but in the meantime, has anyone else had the same happen?
