Yeah, when I started hearing about the issues people had in the forums, I immediately checked whether I was also affected with the new app, but everything worked as expected. Since then I keep checking every now and then to make sure that it’s not an intermittent issue, but so far I haven’t experienced any problems.

Hallo, also my recently acquired 2022 Taycan GTS remote parking does now work (in Italy) on iPhone - quite annoying. Reported to the salesman, not sure about development, will surely report from the App.

Sorry for the Swedish, but hopefully it’s understandable anyway.
I’m not on 3882 yet. Maybe that’s the key difference? ?‍♂

Update on my end (turbo ct 2023, iOS 17.4 iPhone 14 Pro, porsche app 10.1.1, latest versions of PCM)

spent 3 days at Porsche Swiss HQ. Lots of Taycans. Received update WN etc. my iPhone connects to PCM via BT. Also the other my porsche app functions are all OK. Everything works except REMOTE PARKING

Sadly, on their phones it works. On my iPhone no chance. We tried 4 iPhones including mine, using my porsche account. Same everything (one was even the same model). Their 3 phones activated the remote parking on my car without a problem.

Please keep in mind that the porsche app uses BT exclusively for remote parking (clearly not to lock the car or honk).

They think it's a BT issue specific to my phone unit (even tho BT works just fine on my phone). I tried to delete the porsche app, log out/in, hard reset the phone, switch radios on/off etc etc. No luck. Connection to the car fails 100%. Unf. I cannot do a full erase of my phone.

I had to accept their evidence as they used their phones to move my car around the lot 6-7 times to show me. Super weird.

Is there any other way (à la debugging) to analyse/test more deeply the various BT connections or to make a specific hard reset of the phone BT system? Any other creative ideas?

Interesting; I was going to test with another device to see if I had the same result. Will now do that - I’m having this issue with my Taycan and Cayenne.

I have tried the usual, logout, reinstall app etc. if another device works, I will most likely delete the app, delete all Bluetooth connections and start from zero.

thanks for sharing the debugging you’ve done so far.

Tried on a different phone; an older phone that had been reset to factory. Running an older iOS version. No joy :(

I also deleted app off current phone, delete all my cars from Bluetooth;’deleted pairing in car - set it all up again - still no joy.

Didn’t retest on Cayenne; but as no change on Taycan didn’t seem beneficial.

I tried it again today just to make sure that it still works and indeed it still connects essentially instantly and works as expected.

Looks like we are both on 3882, however my software version string and hardware revision are different.

However, my Cayenne doesn’t work either any more which makes me think it’s not on the vehicle side of the equation.
