Porsche Reimbursement for a non-Porsche wall charger

I emailed my ChargePoint receipt on March 4 so hopefully should see my $ soon.

Note- I had purchased the ChargePoint BEFORE the issue was noted by Porsche.....I had to use a non-Porsche charger to take advantage of my utility company's Time of Use rates (for some reason the Porsche Mobile Connect was not on their list of approved chargers).

I am hoping that they will cover it even though it was purchased in December.

I bought my Tesla Level 3 universal charger in May of 2023 and they approved it. You s/b ok.

I submitted for reimbursement on 23 Feb and as of today (22 March) have not received a check in the mail. It seems like I might have to resubmit my paperwork or reach out to them again to figure out what's going on with my $.

Following up for the benefit of the larger group --

I just received my check this am via FedEx overnight. It didn't come in a regular FedEx envelope. It was in full page size paper envelope from JP Morgan Chase Bank.

So, submitted on 2/22 and received on 3/29.

Purchased a Tesla Universal Wall Charger and was reimbursed for $600.

Heads up, I received my check about a month ago. This week, I received someone else’s check in the mail (someone else’s name with my address on it). The week before Fedex tried to get my signature for another check (same problem). I called Porsche to give them a heads up.

My check took an additional four business days to be sent following my email notifying me I was approved.
