So when are you going to spend several hours driving a loop at a constant 73.5 mph speed so that we can have a controlled range test?

I am not sure exactly where in the Bay Area that would even be possible, or I would do it to help the community and myself as range is an open question for me as well...

That reminds me of what my brother said about driving in the Bay Area before he moved to Tahoe:
"Just drive really really fast until you reach your destination or get stuck in traffic."
Probably not good conditions for conducting a controlled range test!

Most of the comfort/tech options you have I would spec on my next one, but damn 40k! These things are getting expensive. Not to mention, I would also "need" the performance options as well like air ride/RAS etc.

Do you plan on tinting the car? Would like to see how visible the interior gets with VLC on vs off with tinted windows. I have 50 ceramics all around, but the windows look almost bare when the sun is coming through the pano with chalk interior.

This 4S has changed my opinion about the facelift, it looks stunning. Looking forward to seeing a 4S and Turbo in person. Congrats on the car!

I don't have the benefit of having driven the previous version so cannot compare. My Porsche rep owned the prior version and indicated that the new version has a completely different ride now that it is has standard air suspension. I have been extremely impressed with the ride of this car. In normal mode it is incredibly smooth and still sporty. When you dial in Sport or Sport Plus it really firms up and the ride gets rougher and handling is significantly sportier. I am loving it.

If the Performance Package had been available when I placed my order I would have gotten that for sure. Based on my experience to date it is not clear to me the new Active Ride is really necessary, although hard to argue it is really cool.

I have been thinking I would do PPF on the front and also Ceramic Tint the windows. Have not got quotes yet though. If/when I do, I will add more photos here.

Ordered my CT4S from here, too. Been waiting for my rep to call me back to let me know when a few more refreshes come in to check them out. Seems like the dealer spec ones are en route.
