Set your Porsche exterior color as app icon color on iPhone iOS and Android Phones

I did not see a thread or post about this and I just found it myself in the My Porsche app. It is possible to change your app icon background color to the color of your Taycan. Just follow these steps:

1. go to "Settings"
2. go to "App Icon"
3. ?? profit

I did not test it yet, but I expect the Carplay App to display the Gentian icon too

Which exterior color do you have? Maybe black white and pts are excluded?

Also, owners of black/white/(device standard) colors have had this for years and didn’t say a thing.

This showed up after I updated the app the other day. Didn't think much of it at the time.

I'm only impressed if the app background works with PTS colors.

Probably not as every icon is an image that needs to be generated before the app is available in the app store. I expect every default colors to be present. Dolomite, Gentian etc
