I don't want to trigger your OCD, but have you compared your car against the PCM parking assist visualization? At least for me the color matched, but had to swap the tail lights to get them to match.

When I first tried to do this I did not see that option in Settings.

THEN I checked the App Store (IOS) and there was an update available. I updated the app and NOW I do see the option and it does work. Nice touch.

Feel free to skip the following off-topic rant:
I do find it disappointing though. My comfort access fails one-in-3 times I enter the car (the automatic start function) AND: The GPS lift memory is a gawdawful piece of software design too. It saves only the exact location where it is SAVED, not where you LIFTED the car. That means that it saves several seconds AFTER you have crossed the obstacle, NOT where you needed it to lift! Plus it is very precise in its location, so if you are five feet away from the lift point, it will not activate. A TERRIBLE piece of software design. It needs to save the actual location where the lift was started, AND there needs to be a “fuzzyness” factor added so it will trigger within a 10’ radius of the lift location. That is real-world user-prioritized design. (NOT Porsche’s strong suit) I do NOT want to have to stop and wait the 20 seconds it takes to ask if I want to save the lift point. That is not realistic given people’s patience, AND mine. I expect better from an engineering-centric company. (Porsches IS part of VW, after all, and we know how their software is working for them)

Mine works more often for auto start (maybe 90% of the time), but it fails to lock the car with the touch on the driver's side handle about 20% of the time (temperature dependent in my experience, cold and hot weather make it fail more often). Other handles work perfectly. Had the driver handle replaced twice, did not help.

You might have not realized this yet, but it also saves the lift points tied to driving mode. So if you typically drive in NORMAL and saved a lift point, then one day approach the same point in SPORT PLUS, the car will not auto lift.

Mine works reliably every time, no matter which mode it's in. Only ever stored the location once.

I'd imagine regions most likely...?

I've read others have difficulty when approaching the lift point from different directions. But I don't suffer from that either.
