I broke off this stupid thing. I don't know how; just know that the passenger side port is now very hard to open and shows an error.
What is it called? I need to go to Suncoast or wherever and get a replacement ASAP.

don't know what's it called, but it's the spring loaded "sensor" for the manual charging ports - I highly doubt with out a part number you can get it from suncoast - not going to be on their "easy list" of parts - also I'm betting it's not a "simple" fix…but I could be wrong.

this seems like a dealer visit to me…unfortunate.

On that, is it definitely snapped?

The boot came off mine and to get it back on I quarter turned the pin to get it off, popped the boot over it and quarter turned the lot back on.

Hard to see from the photo... Do you have a photo of the receiving hole in the door and the base of the pin?

Just make sure that's not simply the rubber boot and includes the pin. .
Saw better pictures and rubber boot surrounds the pin, which seats with a quarter turn into the base. I just took out base of mine and trying to super glue it.

I broke this pin on my RWD My21. The part is available and was less than $20. I ordered from Delaware Porsche. One caveat - when mine broke, the pin and the seat attached to the port broke. I just took the new part and crazy glued in to the port, which was not ideal as this part rotates in the seat. It worked but I had to be careful when closing it. Car is long gone now, so it all worked out.

Yes, the pin is not part of the actuator. But the "bellows/sleeve" seems to be the only part shown on the parts diagrams.
It is one unit, the boot and the pin.

If no one can provide the part number, I will do so when I return home next week. The part number is not visible on any Porsche parts catalogs, if I recall correctly. If you can't wait call Delaware Porsche and they will provide the part. Have pics ready to email - that is how they identified the correct part.
Also, if you cannot close the door without a fault, push the pin in as it is spring loaded and will stay in place. This will stop the fault. Put a piece of tape over it so that it does not pop out when you close the door manually. Your door should stay shut without the pin.
