I have a MY22 CT4S which had the heater replacement 14 months ago but I have always complained it wouldn’t hold its temperature. Service always brushed it off but when it was in for its 2 year service back in Dec 4th, it came up with an HV battery issue, so I didn’t get my car back. Now I’ve been told it’s an HV heater valve that regulates the heating in the car, that’s my understanding anyway which is better than the battery having issues
Cars been in for 9 weeks now and while I have a loaner it’s not an EV so I’d be interested if anyone has claimed anything from Porsche or VW Financial Services for there car being in for excessive period of time
I know when they reach me the bill for the service there’s going to be more than a few words said. I honestly would love to walk away but I’d be out a lot of money so not an option. I don’t see myself every having another Porsche and I’ve had about 7 over the years but never a 911 which is on the bucket list
