I'm stepping way out of my comfort zone and in to Caterhams for a couple of upcoming track days.Track driving has always been "spoilt" for me owning a Caterham 7.
GT4 RS is probably the best track car you can buy these days. With a good driver, it will run quicker than 90% of GT3 RS drivers...I'm stepping way out of my comfort zone and in to Caterhams for a couple of upcoming track days.
Even within the Porsche stable, there's a case for the GT4 RS rather than the GT3 RS, or avoiding the RS premium by fettling a GT4 for track use (e.g. Suspension Secrets have been uploading the progress with theirs to YouTube).
I doubt the Taycan Turbo GT will be 50k in a few years. In 8 years maybe when the battery warranty is finished.Anyone lusting after the Taycan Turbo GT should be able to buy one for ~$50K in a few years anyway.
I would take the “equivalent” ICE thoroughbreds any day.
