Two options - Once you see a massive mileage drop take it in. however they may opt to fix only the blatantly faulty cells/packs - they only have to repair it to 75% original state per warrantyIn this case (in US) will Porsche 'usually' take the car in to replace/fix the battery before the red light of death or do you have to drive it till death for them to acknowledge it?
Other option is wait until you get the red circle. But that can happen at any time, without warning. You don't want to be driving when it does.
