Yes, in our outdoor beer garden. Dogs are not allowed inside due to the health code.

The meet will be outside, and in the parking lot, so should be a YES.

  • NOTE -- While there is no fee for us to meet at Watts Brewing, it would be good for Evan and his business if we spent a few bucks while we were there. Totally up to you of course - no problem either way.

Watts Brewing doesn't have a big sign on the road, so I'm including some pictures here to help you recognize the location. I'm told there will be plenty of room near the brewery for all of our cars.

Bless Porsche Bellevue - When my service manager told me the fuel pump (edit: coolant pump) arrived early (by about 3 weeks), I thought maybe I'd have my car back in time for our meetup. I messaged him asking if they could get things done by Friday so I could bring my car to our meetup this Saturday, and he made it happen! I will be picking it up tomorrow afternoon.

Well good news and bad news - I got my car back today, only to realize it was littered with tree sap over the rear end... so they took it back and will detail it and have it back to me on Monday. Big bummer.

On the bright side, my new loaner is a Taycan, so I'll at least have that for tomorrow.

The closest thing to a "fuel pump" in a Taycan is the inverter that controls the flow of electrons (fuel) to the motors, so kind of like a combo fuel-pump/carburetor or a fuel injector.

Hey Sam,

Just wanted to say thank you for your time and effort getting our new NW group of Taycan owners together for our first meetup. It was great to meet all the other guys and meet all those forward thinking people embracing the Porsche EV technology. Looking forward to the next one!

I think there were 11 of us there overall, including two who brought their families. Bonus points to @Sar who broke his collarbone and came anyway, also in a loaner Taycan.

I forgot to take pictures of the entire group, but I did take a few pictures of the cars lined up and of the small group at the end as we were closing down.

I also want to give a shout out to Watts Brewery. The food and the beer were terrific, and there were great places to sit and get to know each other.
