Hello everyone,
this is my first post in the community. My vehicle is a Taycan 4S 2021 with 62500 Km. I just checked my battery using the tCAN-pro software and all modules are green:
- Lowest Voltage: 24.257 V
- Highest Voltage: 24.271 V
- Delta: 0.014 V

Would anyone be so kind as to help me to understand and response the following 2 questions/doubts I have ?

1) My SOC in the car shows 87% but tCAN-PRO says it is 84.7% (I thought that the real SoC showed by TCAN-PRO should be always higher).

2) Although all my modules are green and it look good with a SoC of 100% my car marks only 319Km of autonomy. I live in Madrid and now in summer the average of the majority of my trips are around 22-23 Kw/100 so it should be higher than 320Km.

I for one would be very surprised if PCM updates are ever delivered. I don't really see how this can be done legally, as OP would be distributing Porsche software. I'm sure there's legalise that forbids this.
Even beside this point; PCM 4360 requires pretty much every ECU to have their software updated also, before you can even attempt to update the PCM - as per Porsche's own TSB to dealers for MY25 that shipped with 3882 and went through an official update campaign - https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2025/MC-11012605-0001.pdf

Now, to update to the latest version, 4578, likely it's another round of this, and not even porsche has released a campaign for MY25 cars at least.

So without a PIWIS, I don't see how you could update all those ECU's before even attempting to update the PCM, without a high chance of failure.

But CT14 already clarified that the update feature is not coming anymore, too many failure points to risk it. As for the other features, if they come, that's nice, if not, it is what it is - the software already delivered what it claimed to deliver.

Worked. Great stuff. Seeing these green modules all within 0.1V of one another provides much comfort. Thanks!

Free PCM updates coming before the weekend. Free and under your own risk.

Page will be blocked to all German IPs and access will be through a one time code that needs to be requested via DM each time. Where you will be informed again about the risks.

German IPs blocked. (Not only so our friend braindoc doesn't get them, but also since Porsche is German let's not fuck with Porsche in their own house!)

Hola amigo, la app muestra el SoC real que suele ser un 5% mayor de lo que es en realidad. Muy extraño este caso.

2. Si tienes la bateria PB+ 320km de rango es muy muy poco, mas en verano. Mínimo 380-400km en estas fechas. Si es la batería PB entonces 320km es normal

Yes. 320 is very low so I guess the battery SoH is not so good.
Regarding real SoC I will connect again the OdB2 and check again.

Yes. 320 is very low so I guess the battery SoH is not so good.
Regarding real SoC I will connect again the OdB2 and check again.

No, your battery is fine but probably the car has lost calibration somewhere hence the difference in SoC too. Please confirm if your battery is PB or PB+?

Try doing the calibration procedure posted earlier. It will surely improve the range estimation no matter what.

Así es.

Haz el calibrado. Tu coche está estimando el rango incorrectamente pero la batería en si no tiene problema!

OK. Gracias lo haré.
de todos modos las medias q me salen son de 23-25kw/100 así q de un total de 84kw (menos la degradación de los 4 años que tenga la batería). No deberia mucho más arriba de los 350km de autonomía.
