I'm getting - "Connection failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

Yeah you actually had to put the folder directly in C:/ .

I did not make a screenshot but everything was green when the car was fully charged. Should I do the same thing when SoC is lower?

EDIT:

I did a quick drive and I got this:

AI is (surprisingly) quite right this time, but not fully right (as usual with AI). That 2.4% buffer is the same in all Taycans. So when you reach 0% in the instrument cluster, you still got an emergency buffer of 2.4%).
Once again a big THANK YOU Cristian. Thanks to your smart software I got my Porsche dealer to take the car back in and fix the balancing problem. Btw, I want to say that my dealer (Porsche Lausanne) have been incredibly friendly throughout the unpleasant few months. They must have gotten some new tools because they did "something" to balance the two new modules that were causing the imbalance, and now the report looks like this. I could see in the Porsche app the range increasing and when I got the car back and fully charged, it was a solid 360 Km 30 more than before they fixed it. They gave me a printout showing SoH at 90% and said this was very good for a 2020 car. Funny enough, it "seems" to me that acceleration is much better than a few weeks ago - scary fast!

I'm sure I'm screwing something up, but I'm getting a "no vehicle found on the network" error. The ENET cable shows green in the app, vehicle is on, cable seems to be plugged in all the way. I'm running the software through VMware Fusion on a Mac if maybe that's the problem, but it seems like the ENET is being seen by the virtual machine.

Getting same message, but on a PC. Connection shows green but it states no vehicle is on network.

I have a few questions for the hive mind:

1) Yesterday I posted my results for a 250km drive and comments were that there’s something up so I’ve ordered the odb2 adapter and will order this cable too and see what I get. Interesting that my car was just in for its 2 year service and I got a clean bill of health.

2) the App wants to charge to 85%, the car wants 80%, the forums say 80%… which is it?

3) knowing 1&2, wtf is with the fact my car charged to 89% today???

After charging a completely dead 12v battery today I ran my first scan. I'm not sure what it means but it doesn't look good.

@ct14garage , is there any way to occasionally run tCan in offline mode? I was thinking it could be useful to scan a car when it has an intermittent failure (like an electrical system error my Taycan recently experienced). If you are keeping it online only because you want to ensure data collection, perhaps add a scan now, view later in online mode? Alternatively (on in addition to the can scan offline but must log-in to view results) you could allow offline more for any VIN that has been scanned online before, cache the values for next time you're online.

I've only scanned offline with tCan as I had to switch wifi off due to PIWIS.

the level of the two green modules in the first image is "unexpected" usually the majority is higher than the defective modules. those are not new modules ?

Now I received the red circle.
Did you get the red circle at low SoC?
Cuz that's where the voltage difference really shows.

I suspect they used "new" modules without checking the SoH of the other ones, hence the voltage difference at low SoC...
