The jacking point (jack pad) on the underside of the car was damaged after hitting a speed bump. The plastic insert has broken off.
Someone had this too?
How to solve it and what will it cost?

I replaced mine myself. They are very easy to get as an OEM part and replace yourself.
The cost was minimal, at least in the US. I am thinking it was like $45 USD.

I'ts very easy to put on (15 seconds) just remove the included push pin from the jack pad(very obvious when you have the part in hand) push in the jack pad unto vehicle and then insert the locking pin to secure in place.

9J1802819A about €33 plus vat from Eurospares easy to fit.
When I lost one on my X5 BMW charged me £15 including fitting!
