Can this clarify this part?
For Taycan, ISO ≥ 1000 kΩ is generally OK. But below that it gets dangeorus FAST!.
Which ISO value? And, is it really one thousand kilo ohm? Aka 1 mega ohm?
For instance these were the readings from my car the other day.
IsoRes Batt+: 8.6Kohm
IsoRes Batt-: 1.6Kohm...
My 22 4S also shifts around 55mph in Sport. In normal it’s always second gear unless you floor it.
I don’t full throttle my car that much ever since I got the inverters replaced. When in the highway, just gradual speed build up on Sport+ I feel the shift at 78mph, no full throttle or anything...
I can’t argue it not being the same silver. But, in all honesty, I see this car every day and haven’t ever thought the wheels didn’t match. Not one time.
You’re right - and good eye. Yes, it’s default silver (bought the wheels second hand). I said body color because both are silver (and I can’t really tell much difference), but these are not true dolomite silver painted wheels.
Depends on the color. I’ve seen silver Taycans with black mission e and they don’t look good imo. The ones in body color as I have look miles better. Again, it’s all subjective.
Is this really a result of only having a red interior? I do, but I always thought this was just how the coating of the glass reflected light, regardless of interior color.
I like how it contrasts with the exterior color of my car (silver). I also live in a hot climate and can say I never felt it was too hot when getting into the car. Note I have the insulated glass option, but I think that’s just on the windows.
Hmm. In Sport, the upshift happens somewhere around 50mph in my car. Sport plus 77mph as previously stated.
Maybe I have a tune installed that I don’t know of 🤣. Bought this car CPO last July.
Testing the theory that ACC follows better, and I think it does. Doesn’t leave as much of a gap when resuming from a close stop through congested areas. And, I like to flex the rear spoiler full up/down at 59mph, 40mph respectively, lol. Why can’t I have fun without something annoying me.
Jokes...
Add this to the list of annoyances I have with the gearbox. Driving in the highway in Sport Plus, at around 77mph the transmission upshifts to second gear and the car literally jolts forward somewhat violently.
I fitted these after I swapped the 20” turbo aero wheels that came with the car with 21” mission e. No complaints, great tires imo. I have 6k miles on them and there’s little signs of wear. Grip is nice too. I can’t notice a difference compared with the 20” Pilot Sport Michelins.
You need to take the car to a proper Porsche dealership brother. I wouldn’t say SoFlo dealerships are top notch, but Porsche West Broward has treated me well.
