yeah I look forward to telling the service rep I already replaced the filter. It is due for some software related recalls so I'll take it in and probably get the inspections for free as this dealer is pretty reasonable and I've been a loyal customer to the brand.Negotiate it down.
On my first Taycan I supplied my own wiper blades and pollen filter from Suncoast, and asked them to test the fluid, only replacing it it needed it. It didn't. Cost me under $300.
On the second I installed my own pollen filter and wiper blades, reasoning that with the large depreciation hit I'd already taken, spending more money on the car was good money after bad.
Of course then I got stupid and bought another new Taycan, so what the hell do I know.
