Anyone with PIWIS?

I've been tackling with some issues the past few weeks. Hopefully, I can some ideas from the braintrust of where to begin....

In trying to turn my side markers back on (had them off but have had them working with turn signals)
Steps:
BCM1-->kodierwert: sidemarker_via_lcm—>active (this did not work)
So I started messing around and this fault came up. The signals in the side mirrors don't come on either.

Second issue. My Porsche connect services all of a sudden stopped working. It has been working for the past year or so, even with coding that was done prior. My car still thinks it's German for some reason, even though the Type test country is set to USA.

Today I was able to succesfully code Rear Traffic Assist and Exit / Egress Warning for my 2020 Taycan 4s.

I already had the LED’s in te doors for the Exit Warning, but I did not have this system on my car. I don’t know why the LEDs in the doors were there without this system and they were (ofcourse) without function.

Additional to the coding for the Exit warning earlier in this thread, I also coded the door modules for the LED:

you need all 4 door modules DCU2 Driver Side, Driver Side Rear, Passenger Side and Passenger Side Rear and then change kodierwert -> Bitfield door_opening_alert_LED to installed. Then the LEDs are also working.

Okay, I was wondering why people mentioned an LED on the door and I couldn’t find where mine was. I don’t have it! Now my car thinks I have this Egress warning, but there’s no LED light to display it. Sucks

Why isn't this security feature enabled or listed in the options? sounds like it's all software/coded out.

I think if you do not have the LEDs in the doors, but do have the LEDs in the side mirrors, the Exit warning it is still a useful function.

Does anyone have a Taycan with Manoevring Assist and Active Park Assist and knows which codings have to be done to enable these two functions?

I have ACC (PID), LKA, LCA, Active Lane Keeping, Park Assist with surround view and Intersection Assist from factory, so I should have all the hardware for Manoevring Assist. And maybe also for Active Park Assist?

So I spent some time looking through autotrader. Non of the j1 had the light next memory control but all the j1.2 did have them. From your picture looks like you have j1.

My 2023 J1.1 has that LED, and the egress warning feature came enabled with the car.

Market dependent. In Switzerland it wasn't a thing, or at least not until 2023. And even then, most 2023 cars don't seem to have it over here

I have the Lane Change Assist, but I do not have the LEDs in the doors.

LCA works with the 3 LEDs in the exterior mirrors…
