it's both - fast charging is hard on the battery and it will reduce battery longevity - but then again you have the feature so use it when you need it. And they don't say "no damage" - otherwise their warranty on teh battery (8 years/100,000 miles) would be more generous than requiring 30% capacity loss to trigger the warranty…great thanks. Will check it in the morning. I still don’t understand what Porsche’s position is on this point. They say “limit charging speed to preserve the battery” but they also say “of course you can charge at full speed with no damage to the battery”. Which is it?
