I guess the PCM computer is getting so overloaded trying to do this, that the car shuts down and cuts out the 12 volt battery instead.

I’ve got the high voltage battery showing on my dash now. Did not notice the battery temp really change that much while 10 miles out from programmed IONITY charger.
