Took my 21 4S in for the recall re the HV - and they told, at pick up that they updated the software and PCM. Welp, get home the next day - plug in my ChargePoint Home charger, which heretofore worked flawlessly, and now the car won’t charge on either port - Charging Not Possible is the message. Anyone have this issue? Thanks.

I had this when the 22kW onboard charger failed. Dealer replaced under warranty.

Just had this today too. Said Porsche Route Planning Active, even though from what I could tell it wasn't.
Direct Charging was also greyed out.
I had to do a "2 finger reboot" of the PCM, which I had to lookup and in 2 years of ownership I've never had to do.
Once it rebooted it cleared that message and resumed charging properly.

If you see "Porsche Route/Charging Planning Active" message when you are trying to charge at home, it means the PCM and nav system are active and controlling the charge. This can happen if you have an active destination in the nav system.
To fix, go to nav system and delete/stop the destination from the nav system, with the red button. That should deactivate the charging planning system, and allow normal charging.

I checked online outside this forum, and one guy, who received the same message, was able to charge again after the car sat overnight. Well, I just plugged in and car is now charging. Still taking it to dealer to have them check it out to make sure there are no issues.

I had mine replaced last week, it had failed 2x prior, they "fixed" it both times, but it failed again, this time they replaced the whole unit. Poor design on the 22kW units.

Similar issue. Would not charge at home, scheduled to take into the Dealer for Service. On the Way, " Electrical System Error". Shutdown 3 times on the way to the dealer. Once in the shop, was to the High Voltage Charger needed to be replaced. 2-3 week wait for the parts. Was given a 2024 Cayenne as a Loaner.
