Did you program it this way or is that different for different years. From what I read it defaults to “on” every time you restart the car:
I used to have a 2016 and currently have a 2022. Neither of them start with auto start/stop on. I did not do anything special to either of them. I used to have a 2013 Panamera, and I don’t recall it having auto start/stop on and having to turn it off either, but that’s going back further (and I didn’t drive it as much as it was my wife’s car), so harder for me to be sure. But the 2022 is in my garage and I checked it before posting. So…pretty sure on that one. 🙂

That’s much better than defaulting to “on.” Kinda odd the Porsche.com would have bad info, but wouldn’t be the first time I’ve seen something wrong on a manufacturers website.

I can imagine the design philosophy that ride height is set back to normal when you "start" the car cuz when you've set it to lowest, it may scrape speed bumps when you forget to set it back to normal.
That's the only thing imho.
All the other settings like drive mode don't make sense setting them back to normal and/or off.
Anyway, I can live with it and it's a daily routine:
Sport Sound on, regen on, press passenger seat to activate passenger screen (I have a fake safety belt buckle inserted).
When I'm out on the street I switch to Individual Mode (chassis Sport Plus, Sound, regen).
This shouldn't all be necessary though.

I’m fairly new to the Porsche community so I hope that the feedback you give them goes noticed and something is done for our current models

Probably too late to the party....

Being able to switch sound on as default.
Ability to close boot/trunk with key
having option to unlock all doors when key unlock is used (family gets pissed when they waiting to get in and its raining)

What do you mean with unlock ? On my pre FL (1.1) the whole car is unlocked when I press the key button or get close to a door handle.

There is a software toggle to only open the drivers door when unlocking. @ghostdriver I think you need to turn that off. It is somewhere in the Settings app
