Well now I'm totally confused, thank you so much for the guidance but that option is now not available in my car. I just searched for 'Comfort Entry' and the result says 'Comfort Entry not available'? It definitely was working a few days ago.. I think a trip to the dealer might be on the cards to resolve unless anyone knows why this has happened ?
Could it be that these settings etc are linked to the profile stored on line? If I remember correctly some of the settings are also stored online, seats etc. Maybe other comfort settings as well?

Did you try using the memory buttons on the driver's door per key to save the settings?
I have used the setting buttons on the door but sometimes they work by just pressing the button momentarily but sometimes I have to keep the button depressed until it reaches the final position which is not right.
My power windows also act strange at times. Sometimes the express up/down function does not work and the window takes forever to open & to close but on most other occasions it works fine.
The buttons 1, 2, 3 should be independent of the key fob or the selected driver on the PCM but sometimes I have to push and hold the button associated with my settings to get the seat to move to my saved position and sometimes I only have to press the button momentarily once.

Do you have a primary and secondary user defined and login per that user & key combination? Only needs doing once but ensure you lock the car with the specific key just associated and programmed.

Owner's manual should help here unless you've been through it already. Next stop is a warranty repair.
Yes I do but it works sometimes and other times it requires me to use the settings on the door.

Do you have two buttons in your rear hatch or boot (one for closing)?

Cars with factory Comfort Access have both buttons: close and close/lock; cars without Comfort Access only have one: close. If you only have one button on the trunk lid there won't be any Comfort Access options in the PCM.

Hi there, thanks for guidance, I definitely had Comfort Access working a few days ago and I only have one button in the boot lid ? It has suddenly stopped working though and I don't seem to have PCM option. I'll take to the dealer to sort.

Have you had the car from new?

If not it could be that you benefited from the prior owner's Function on Demand (FOD) Comfort option.

There were also a batch of cars which "landed lucky" and had the FOD option enabled either on error or deliberately.

No I bought it a few months ago, I'll have to look up FOD to see if I can enable it (assuming it isn't). Thanks again, excellent guidance ?
