Whenever there's a problem with the app, I'll send a bug report.
No matter how small the issue is, it's time they fix it once and for all.
It's ridiculous we still have issues after more than two years of development.
You can shake the MyPorsche app and a bug report appears, easy.
Do it.
They have to know we are fed up with this.
It's a €#@+&€200K+ car for crying out loud!
I always put my frustrations in, it just feels good they know I'm fed up.
Let's shake it once again!

Spent two hours on phone waiting for help. My phone was damaged and I loaded the app on my wife’s phone so couldn’t be sure if it was their issue or issue on adding to wife’s phone. They couldn’t be bothered to put a notification up that it is an issue on their end, they have two people (for all N. America working), they claim a week to straighten out issue. You would think that between all the tech issues, the cost of the vehicles, the lack of investment to support the customer (2 people when they know there is an issue), someone there would have the brains and courteously to have a notification up so at least their customers wouldn’t sit on endless hold waiting looking for a resolution to something there was no resolution for.

twitter won;t fix the problem.
it looks that they are having serious QA issues in their software team.

twitter won;t fix the problem.
it looks that they are having serious QA issues in their software team.
May raise the profile of the issue and make them realise then need to do something

Called my OPC this morning when I noticed. They were aware and advised it is a known issue which occurred yesterday and won’t be fixed until Monday.

So their team don’t work weekends then - perhaps we should get a discount for the connected services

Perhaps I could do the CTRL-ALT-DEL for them?
