"Driver assistance off" issue

Couldn't find this prior issue in search, but has anyone ever come across this "Driver assistance off" on the left gauge? I have both ACC and Porsche Innodrive and they are set to on in the vehicle settings. When I try to open this left gauge menu via the steering wheel buttons (where you can usually set the level of assistance), no menu opens either.

I'm setting up an appointment with Porsche Service this week but wanted to pick your brains if anyone had ever see this before.

From memory: there is a little button on the tip of the lever that operates Inno where you can turn it on and off. I think it is kind of the master switch.

Hey; exactly the same issue but the assistance stalk buttons not doing anything. Can I check that if sensors dirty it would say so? Or could it be weather? Morning dew?

Yes, if sensors are clouded up then you will get at least one, sometimes three messages cycling around in the rightmost tube! Assistance should be enabled when you press the little button at the end of the stalk.

this morning in UK it was cold with dew. My driver Assistance was off as per pic from OP. Pressed everything on stalk and none of it worked. It was parked at work and on return leg in early evening all driver assistance was working as normal. There was no warning that a sensor might not be working

Ran into this issue myself.
Drive Assistance Off message and the system will not reenable.
Sometimes is starts working completely randomly and everything is normal. Then suddenly it will disengage.
Very awful experience when emergency braking DID NOT kick in when it should have. Luckily no collision.

I did have a Porsche service look into it. Fist they said nothing was wrong. Then they said I needed a full alignment. But the car tracks perfectly so no idea how to fix.

What is best way to remedy this?
