He had to connect to the fusebox to unlock the bonnet then he connected to the jump start terminals.@f1eng Sorry you went through that.
Issues were 12v battery depleted and/or "switched off" and manual unlock difficult to open/frozen?
Once door was opened, what did tech have to do? Apply voltage to the 12volt battery to "reactivate it", and then give it a longer charge, or just reactivate it?
Did tech/dealer have any thoughts as to why battery got low?
I started the car then and drove to the dealer ½ an hour away.
No further info until I pick it up I suppose.
Edit:
Just had a call from the garage to say they are unable to download some data, have a query with Germany but do I mind keeping the loan car until Monday.
The irony is thia weekend is the first since I bought the Porsche winter tyres and wheels when snow is forecast and I have a Taycan on summer tyres ?????
