Hello all. When I charge at a DC fast charger, it always charges to 100%. Even though my profiles is set to 85%. General, Home, doesn't matter. No timers on. Am I missing something?

I'm having the same problem as of 2 months ago. I believe it started when I -- once -- choose Direct to charge at home to 100% before a trip. I'm guessing that that setting hasn't cleared ... my most recent effort to find that setting was unsuccessful.

The OP is asking about DC charging. Assuming J1.1 and that charging mode as DC is correct, then the answer is simple. DC charging has no controls and always direct and always goes to 100% unless you manually stop it.

It would sure be helpful if new posters @Balthezor would provide the year of the car (J1.1 or J1.2) and then provide more of a case description, such as I am DC charging at Electrify America.

Ok, I had no idea this was the case. Thank you. It's crazy you can't control when it should stop!

I believe they changed that for J1.2 but I am on the J1.1 so this is how it works. You have to manually stop it via DC charger, in car screen, or phone app.

I did not know you can stop it from the app. Thank you. App sucks though with connecting to vehicle. I feel like it's 50-75% of the time. My G63's app function is pretty much flawless.
