yeah I have been getting the same thing recently, for me its a skipping noise when slowing turning out of my driveway. Clunky skipping noise.

Mine seems to have gotten worse in our colder weather too

Ditto with my 2020 4S on my driveway. Grease applied a year ago solved my mild climate squawks.

I've had an odd noise on mine tonight, sounded like a grating noise - initially as though brakes were stuck on.

Raised suspension, drove off slowly and it seemed to stop.

Similar noise? As I say, sounds more like a grating - first time this has happened

Turns out this was/is a significant build up of stones in the suspension arm! Had the car in today and this is was the dealership believe it is.

Quite surprised at the design of the suspension arm and just how many stones were in there but been told its normal. Will keep an eye on this, but feel a little better about it.

Obviously this issue was different to what this thread was about but just adding the update in case anyone has similar in the future.

My 2022 4S does this as well. Noticeably when backing out of the driveway or a full steering wheel application soon thereafter while turning out. More frequent in cold weather…. Does this warrant a trip to the service department?

2020 4S. 86k. Past few months have noticed significant front suspension squeaking and squawking when drive in or backing out of driveways/ uneven surfaces, etc. anyone have issues with this?

My car has started experiencing what appears to be the same as this, at the point however that the sound is embarrassingly noticeable from outside the car. The sound is akin to an old timber door creaking when it’s opened. Seems to be driver side only. I can hear it whilst driving at speed but far more pronounced going in and out of the driveway, and even when cornering at low speed. No knocks or anything, just a horrid creak/squeak. 60k miles.

I have the same issue—there’s a strange noise coming from the front left wheel near the driver’s seat when turning (Left Hand Drive).
I had it checked while replacing the brake hose during ARB0 recall, but the situation actually got worse…

The noise is gone, but now it shakes and vibrates violently when turning uphill (such as driving up from an underground parking lot to the first floor).

Parts they changed

Mine is squeaking exactly as you describe. I wrote about this also, and some people alluded to my thread the other day, for the issue to be linked with the brakes, but mine happens under no braking whilst rolling out of a car park, where every bounce squeaks. It’s booked in on the 15th to be investigated. To add - this only started happening for me after I started to adjust the chassis height to overcome speed bumps & high kirbs.

I have read in another thread that these control arms can be the culprit. Did you get these replaced at the dealer, and if so I assume pretty expensive?

Yes they replaced for me with no cost.
But issues not fix.

Very bizarre. I drove to work this morning and there was barely a sound, yet went out at lunch and it was creaking away again. Same as you it's not related to braking, and it's not even consistent over bumps. I have noticed if I make relatively robust side to side with the steering that can also reproduce the creak. Will probably need to get it checked but may opt for a third party if it's suspension related.
