so my 3 year ownership of my MY24 4S is coming to an end in November and I've started to look at options for replacing her.

mine was purchased via Salary Sacrifice and I've had relatively trouble free driving (heater packed in, cameras decided to intermittently work and needed wiring looms replaced, and an early issue with the data module in the car needing replacement.) - actually writing that out and its funny how I've become numb to what is palatable in terms of issues faced! Given some of the other horror stories, I'm counting myself lucky!

I'll be given an option to buy the car (will be interesting when they do offer me a price!) or return.. I'm currently planning on returning and started the virtual shopping around for a replacement.. and not surprisingly, I can't find anything better I'd want to be in! I'm currently thinking it will be another 4S (Black Edition nails the extras I want) in Slate Grey Neo.

I was hoping we'd have had some clues on what is coming in MY27 by now... looking back here at posts, the MY26 hit the configurator at the end of March 2025.. Maybe they're waiting for the new 911 announcement next week to land!?

Whilst I'm not expecting any drastic changes, I'm keen to see the changes to pricing and options.

Anyone know how long factory orders are taking at present? I had a 12month+ wait when I ordered my current car back in 2022!

Not so long, for sure.

Similar to d00d, i've been told annocunment in june, order in august, deliveries by end of year.
New features they've been told about: new pcm (no clear info if macan or cayenne like, or just a newer update for all taycans) and virtual transmission. Not sure if worth the premium over a MY26 CPO.

Been waiting months to order our GTS Sport Turismo 2027 with PAR and much more (have a current leased Macan EV Turbo that expires next year). Can’t wait to separate fact from rumor as to the exact 2027 changes.

This whole waiting thing and how Porsche allocates is completely new to me, but in some ways it’s good. It helps me not make any quick decisions and really I’ve been able to position myself financially and think or overthink about my options. I’ve been through the phases of looking at the forms to not looking at the forms and certainly not looking at any CPO or use marketplace why bother at this point! I’ve been through every inch of that car and been able to add a replace small carbon bits to make in my own. There’s nothing like sho’ing away my local dealer and having the configurator up in the driver seat, ticking or not ticking boxes.

It appears they’re pushing the Black Edition hard still so perhaps that’s all we’re getting this year

No taycan mules with the simulated v6/v8 engine has been seen.

And that was the only new thing planned for my27.

High chance it’s not coming; at my27 would be identical to my26

That feature has however been spotted in cayman ev mules
