Issue with PMCC after latest software update

I got the dreaded software update defaulting my PMCC to 20amps two days ago. Since then, I’ve had a grounding fault error on the device three times. I have been able to reboot and start a charge (one time it faulted during the charging process).

I’ve had this PMCC installed for 15 months and never had a problem before and had it set to 40amps. Anyone else experiencing errors since this latest software update? Super frustrating!

Check the earth status on the PMCC in case that setting has changed (unlikely). Suggest getting an electrician to check the circuit end to end.

Not had either issue in UK - this is NA centric unfortunately.

Definitely frustrating.
Is there a way revert back to the old SW. I did a factory reset. the problem still exists.
