Mobile Charger Plus speed reduced?

I recently serviced my Taycan at my local Porsche Center to fix some of the active recalls. These included the rewiring of the seat harness, and the PCM6 software update.

However, the charge speed has been reduced from 8.4 kWh to 5.8 kWh (0.2 Miles per minute)

Does the PCM6 update reduce/cap the charging speed?
