What is the difference between 7.2V and 11V ones?
The max standard AC charging power the Taycan can take is 11kW.
The PMCC EVSE is the only option that could charge to the max as it can deliver up to 22kW of power on a suitable supply.
All UK homes have single phase 7.4kW power supply which is why the PMC+ (or any standard EVSE is ideally suited to this). To get 11kW you would need a 3 phase home supply (££££) and a more powerful EVSE such as the PMCC
I assume you have single phase at home and so ignore everything else and go with the earlier advice. PMC+ or any basic EVSE.
