Stop pls. We don't like anything that weakens the theory what we currently own is better.

(but man, that angle looks sensational af)
Just do what I did, buy a 25 Rwd with differentiated facia, and a Gen 1 Turbo non-Sport Chrono for posterity ; )

"Looking sexy" is very personal and definately a matter of taste and can't be discussed.
So, let's discuss...?
I don't like it.
I really don't.
The Turbo has fake vents on the rear.
I really don't like the front panels on the Turbo, they look like plates they glued on just to be different, it's just plain ugly imho.
The non-Turbo doesn't look good either, it looks like a regular car now...
The front side air intakes are like Chinese cars now.
It's not as distinguished as before.

And have you seen what Porsche has done to the Mission E wheels?
They look like lifebuoys now...

Having said that, I hope the original has more value now that the new one isn't much of an improvement in styling...

Just my opinion, not a fact. ?

Old facia looks like a hyper/exotic car. Current facia like sports car. Both very ‘Porsche’, so both are nice IMO.

The fake vents at the back are not my cup of tea, but a welcome change to separate RWD,4S and GTS from the higher end Turbo variants. It is kind of crazy that the difference of +-70k is not visible on old gen.

Fascia is the dashboard element of a car. You are referring to the front elevation............or head -on view.
The fascia is nice, with an instrument panel, glove box and everything..... ;)

rant/over/

What about the badge on the rear?
Different diffusor styles, carbon/paint.
Different front splitter.
Different front wings, carbon/paint.
Different sills, carbon/gts/paint.
?

Yeah, it is strange that they didn’t differentiate it. But then they probably didn’t plan on doing different power versions when they first debuted that concept. They just kept the mission E facia across the board.

Press photos of the new Taycans do not give them justice. I think customers' pics tend to make them look better.

If you squint your eyes, tilt your head, and stand on one leg... it looks pretty good.

Granted, you’re spending most of the time behind the wheel, so the exterior is almost irrelevant.
