I like to be at the front at lights - leave you to imagine why. On the other hand it can be handy to breeze thru non-stop with the correct timing - assuming your city does it.

So it's you that always causes a queue behind when you drive.

It works in some towns around here and is a nice to have but limited utility since (by design) it disappears around ten seconds before the light is expected to turn green and is not very accurate. That said, I’d prefer the camera based green light notification Teslas have. So helpful to get a gentle “ping” shortly after the light turns green if the car doesn’t move. In the Taycan, I have to rely on the car behind me to honk.

Here in the Bay Area drivers will give you the helpful honk within 50ms of the light turning green.

Not in my constant experience. I wait 5 seconds and then honk, and I’m the only person who does.
