Preheat issue with App?

Is it just me or is anyone else having problems with the pre-heat on the app? It also fine a month ago, then after my 2nd service it stop working.

Same thing happened to me, it could be your porsche connect service has expired after 3 years.
That was the first thing that stopped working for me when it expired.

Yes heat us working. I got my heat replacement last winter

I've got all sorts of gremlins with my app...
the preheat doesn't always prewarm the seats
My charging has a mind of its own and changes to timer, or profile, depending on which way the wind is blowing, or if the moon is in a different phase...

And the time for charging is weird as well!!!

I had that happen so I dropped into my dealer. They did a quick reboot of the PCM and the app works fine now. I suppose you can reboot the PCM yourself but my dealer is just 5 minutes away and I am a bit of a luddite.

I've ordered some "Porsche satin black" from eBay, as Halfords have none of their satin black in stock.

My app hasn't worked for about 6 weeks, earliest slot I could get to get it sorted with Porsche is 7th Feb !

Yes I did. I called them last year and they updated my account.

I will reboot to see if it will work. If not then off to the dealership. It was fine before my 2nd service.
