Taycan charging from solar generator 3.6K battery (EcoFlow Delta Max Pro)

This is not necessarily the best use for this expensive battery, but it’s nice to know that it works as an emergency Jerry can for +8 miles range.

Battery - EcoFlow Delta Max Pro w/30 amp RV plug & adapter to NEMA 14-50. (This is optional. Its helpful but not absolutely necessary. You can use the standard 120v plug for charging)

Charger - Shell Recharge 40 amp version using NEMA plug. This is IMOP a pretty nice multi-volt charger. Charges both 240 and 120 volts simply by plugging in the included NEMA 5-15 adapter.

Grounding Plug in the battery - Southwire 44400 Neutral Ground Bonding Plug

Again, let’s not go bonkers on how this is not practical… However, a scenario could happen where you run out of power just short of the charger and need to phone a friend for EV road assistance. Otherwise, file it under fun facts .

Yep, specd for 30 amp 125v when using the RV plug. I didn’t experiment further with the charger settings - defaults to 16A.

You need 2x EcoFlow to get full 240V/30 amps.
