At least you are connected again. I've just taken screenshot of my data... just in case.

Mine is talking to thd car. I've just unplugged thd car and app updated to show unplugged... then plugged in and App updated.

Fingers crossed it will work OK next time i need it.

Agree, I’ve just screen shotted everything. I’m presuming/ hoping my credit is registered deeper than my app as now shows no data/ saving and was upto £117 for this month!

Yes, been out and about a bit more this month for work meetings, Stevenage and Cambridge a couple of time, slough, and Luton airport for euro Disney. Had to put in 30kw at ionity near slough ( beaconsfield) to get there and back but that was pain free/ quick and under a tenner with Porsche card, so all good.

Got to say despite the minor issues charge anytime is perfect if covering higher miles in a day. Before I used to faff about trying to charge back over multiple nights but always was worried if charge low! Charge anytime I’m always topped up, ready to go!

Where is home for you? I live just south of Beaconsfield Services so you've probably gone past the end of my road

Just outside Ipswich, Coddenham. Saw a fair few Taycans actually when near slough and a few lambos!

? Will do, although don’t tend to venture that far afield often!
I generally do long runs in mine..... Midlands most Mondays then monthly runs to Lincoln and occasional runs to Manchester and Durham but I'm using the train more these days to keep the milage down a bit.

Deleting the Kaluza account and recreating it worked ok for me though the car had already reached the required state of charge before I noticed. Everything seems to be connected and working again now.

To delete the Kaluza account, open the ChargeAnytime app, select the Account tab, and then tap the green person icon top right of the screen which reveals a drop down menu contains delete account. Hit this and follow instruction.

You will loose you historical data from the app but the ChargeAnytime support guy assured me that historical credits on the old Kaluza account not yet charged back to you account will still be applied as usual. I’d check your next bill carefully though.

The charging to 100% when comms to the car is lost still needs to be fixed in Kaluza along with all the other annoyance. I’d really like to discuss these issues with a Kaluza SE to help them make their design much more robust.

Received the attached reply to my query/ complaint that car charged to 100% despite being set to 85% from OVO Smart charging team today.

I'm hoping that if the remove min and max settings from the App then we can just set a timer in the car or Porsche App.

Try Octopus. The tariff is higher in the day though, but the intelligent octopus gives you 6 hours cheap overnight and intelligent charging at 7.5p.
If you want a referral code to give us both £50 et me know!

Yes, it does feel like we are early adopters of the ChargeAnytime platform that still really needs some development and also some enhanced system maintenance. I think the main advantage it has over Octopus’s offering is that you can get a discounted EV charge any time of day.

My first EV was a BMW i3 and I also had a BMW Wallbox installed at minimal cost. However, that EVSE went up in flames one evening while charging the i3. The installer had incorrectly connected the neutral supply and it overheated and caught fire. It was replaced FOC with another BMW Wallbox that lasted about 2 years before it suddenly stopped working for no apparent reason. It too was replaced FOC but with a rather ugly BP ChargeMaster EVSE. The last BMW and BP EVSEs both charged my Cayenne E-hybrid without issue and the BP EVSE charged my Taycan. A properly installed and functioning BMW Wallbox should charge a Taycan at the same rate as any other single phase home EVSE no problem.

Just had to delete my Charge Anytime/Kaluza account as it had not sent any timers or profiles to the car for a few days despite being connected to the car and correctly showing the soc etc.
New account set up and car is now showing timer and Enode profile from Kaluza

The Ovo charge anytime does sound a bit flakey. I suppose it is such a good rate that it is worth the hassle of being an early adopter/beta tester
