It will not, I am calling it lol instead, additional 2-3 months waitTYD undated this morning. Arrived at local port. Eta to dealership 6/20. Let’s see if that is really gonna happen or not. ?
I don’t this it happen either to be honest. But I’m hopefully for maybe sometime this month. I’ve check with my SA end of may and he said no recalls/stop sale. I’m staying positive about it, if it’s here it’s here, if not then oh well.It will not, I am calling it lol instead, additional 2-3 months wait
Just when I was about to think something was seriously wrong, it shows as arriving in Benicia on the 13th, which tracks with my independent tracking of the vessel, but has it at the dealer on the 14th, which clearly didn't happen. SA expects it early next week, though. The TYD site is really more frustrating than informative. At some point, i just figured I'd get the car when it showed up, and patience is a virtue.TYD undated this morning. Arrived at local port. Eta to dealership 6/20. all take delivery of your Taycan soon.
Wild how yours only sat in Baltimore for a couple weeks. A lot of us have had our cars at the local port for 5+ weeks now and no movement. Mine's been in houston since 5/16 and shows delivery to the dealer 6/15 (it's 6/18 now and no movement lol)This was my timeline. Put a deposit in for an allocation slot the day it was announced. Got the allocation a year later:
Build started: 4/3
At the Port: 4/13
Left the Port: 5/12 (so sat for 4 weeks)
Arrived in Baltimore: 5/26
Left Baltimore: 6/7
my only explanation for this is: remember we had three categories for the new heater module, the first group to get the new heaters is those cars at dealerships; the second is those are going into production; the last group is those newly built cars at the time.Wild how yours only sat in Baltimore for a couple weeks. Just shows theres no rhyme/reason to Porsche's logistical planning lol.
