Ok. Got my vLinker today

1) Unknown
2) 97.47%
3) 1401 Km
4) Only DC 50kW (about 300kWh total charged so far). Charged once at 160kW (55kWh added)
5) Build date April 23rd 2023 (MY23)
6) Warm Climate (37N)
Small update

3) 3129 km
4) 95.12%

Have been going through a heatwave in the past two weeks (35C+) which has helped with range but clearly is taking its toll on battery degradation. Can't remember last time I saw the battery temperature under 32C, not even early morning.

Still 50kw charging once or twice a week. Never have gone under 16%

I'll probably try to bring it down once to 5% and ac charge it overnight to see if I bring a little back but I have severe doubts.

Cell voltage seems smooth across the chart. Cell temperatures are all over the place.
Another update

3) 5000km!
4) 94.74% ?

I'll start reporting less aka more spaced out to not pollute the charts.

Far enough but TBH, for me, the more the merrier!

I updated the 'other' plot on Post #1 and highlight a car from each climate zone each of which have multiple readings which highlight trends well - just another way (albeit a bit arcane) to visualize climate effect on these OBDII readings - have some other ideas on how to display but would be nice to include consumptive data ... pending!

Will get this added asap.

EDIT: Updated

Thanks

Well I don't mind posting my values. I have the OBD tool always plugged in anyway. Was concerned it could eventually start polluting your graphs with data points but if you think it's ok, don't mind giving readings every 2k km or so.

Th SoH continues to decline but it's good to see the rate appears to be slowing down. The first 3k seemed to be quite bad with it now starting to smooth out (hopefully). We're in the middle of the summer and temperatures are higher than usual around here. I also quick charged once at a ionity station but overall, I'm keeping my 50kW charging schedule (45.4Kw seen at car). Time will tell.

New readin
Current SoH - 96.77%
Current Mileage - 6108
4-6 DCFC sessions.
~5 charges to 100% for trips.
30-85% is my typical SoC at any given time.
Updated data points for my car...
Current SoH - 95.25%
Current Mileage - 8184
0 new DCFC sessions since last update.
1 charge to 100% for a trip
30-85% is my typical SoC at any given time.

Note: I'm in TX so you know it's super hot in the garage while the car is charging right now, even in the middle of the night. Attaching screenshot of individual cell voltages which look nice overall.

Excellent thx - for whatever reason you're car still the champ in respect retaining a higher OBDII Soh readout :) - Congrats!

Note: whilst our cars have a very similar rate of decline(slope) yours is maintaining 5-6% more Soh than mine - interesting!

Will add to chart as soon as I can, Cheers, C.

One more data point. I have a 2021 Taycan Turbo with 32,300 miles. My SoH is showing as 92.71% before and after this week's WNW2 update.

Your reading quite the anomaly in that for this latitude your are 2-3% better Soh retention than the next nearest (in respect mileage) - impressive!

Thx great info and I can totally relate to that heat - we've had the hottest August and essentially July on record here in Houston - since records began! Every day max temps ca 102-104 but these weather stations are in areas not surrounded by concrete (often n green grass fields) so the 'real world Houston Urban effect' has been quantified as a min of an additional 7F - so temps of 110-111 - then add INSANE humidity levels for our area (70-90+%) and you are talking 120 to 125 feel like - invariably not usually reported as such.

104 is 40C - 120 is 49C - just mad. I literally workout at ca. 5:30-6AM and ride my first 10 miles in the dark so that on my typical hard turnaround 20 I will be heading home purposefully with sun rising on my back :)!!

Needless to say, we are looking twice as hard now in respect where our next move will be!

I must grab one of these readers. Given I almost exclusively use Ionity 350kw chargers and charge to 99% (often getting good chunks of charge at 250kw plus) it’d be interesting to see where I’m at after 31,000 miles in 21 months. Thank goodness it’s a lease….. ?
