Have to confess you have befuddled :)

In CarScanner the field that is titled simple 'Soh' is the actual Soh reading - the HR field is always on the high side and not sure what it represents but def not the value to read (after many calibration calculations). As to "Soh True"value you ref. apologies, but I have no idea what you are referring to!

All that said, I assume then that the 92.33% reading is the correct SoH?

Thx for sharing and my comments not at all critical, just trying to understand what is being reported.

Thx again for contributing - truly appreciated.

Cheers, C.
I think you misread my post. The three different reading I was questioning were SoC, not SoH.

In the CarScanner app there is only one SoH reading. It appears on various screens but it is always the same. I can find three different SoC readings (they are not SoH readings) captioned "SoC Display", "SoC HR" and "SoC True". "Display" and "HR" are shown the most often but "True" is/was only on one screen and to be honest I haven't specifically looked for it lately. So to sort of answer your question, the SoH reading I reported should be the one referenced by everyone using CarScanner. Three different SoC readings, although not massively different, can produce varying results on range and actual current battery capacity.

Clear things up or create more confusion?

Just a thought.
My SoH was 84.96, after different charging sessions, starting from 25%.
I did the last one from 13% to 98% and the SoH is now 86.61.
Precision and reliability of SoH measurement remains relative, we should not focus on variations of 2%.

No I didn’t misread it, I instead made the typo of using SoH instead of SoC in my response ;) - my bad!

But yes I was correctly meaning to state that the HR version of SoC is not the one to use and TBH I’ve never seen SoC True - that’s a new one! That leaves the basic SoC field which is the correct value to use.

@ciaranob . I hadn't looked for the SoC True in a while. The location was changed but it's there. You can see it in the graph in the center of the first screenshot.

The first/main screen shows SoC Display and HR and today they are pretty close. SoC true reads higher at 63.65%. Someone, somewhere deep in the bowels of Stuttgart probably knows how the different readings are derived and what they represent but I suspect we mere mortals will remain in the dark.

Wanted to pull my data today as I've hit the 10k km mark but when I connected car scanner I got:

Well that’s a first - perhaps country specific? Pro for me was literally a few dollars but no idea of the cost structure elsewhere or if more than I paid a year plus ago. What is the cost for you to upgrade?

Not sure what it is. Maybe my ad blocker or something. Problem with paying is that I need to change profile for it. I installed it under a different account which doesn't allow me to purchase (long story).

I'll check how much it is

Ok. Update.

So the app somehow remembers my profile even if fully uninstalled and installed through another profile. I swear this is the first time an app makes my life difficult to pay for it. 😶

Anyway, I had version 1.100 so I downgraded to version 1.97 and the paywall was gone.

So...

10.000 km
92.33% SoH

Individual cell voltage amplitude seems quite fine though. Oh well...

I only charge at home on 48Amp out and car receiving solid just below 11kW during charging.
I use Timer function to charge overnight from 9pm to 6am.

1) Delivery SoH = 99.95% (Measured July 1, 2023)
2) Current SoH = 95.00% (Measured September 15, 2023)
3) Current mileage = 1008
4) kWh DC charging: 1 time during PDI to 100% and 1 time at EA as test to go from 10% to 35%
5) Build date April 2023

This is a pretty dramatic drop for the first 1,000 miles.
I assume to be expected, before it slows down.

Also, interesting to see the cell voltage from my last reading at 500 miles (August 18, 2023):

500 miles read: Min 3.869 Max 3.875 Avg 3.8716
1000 mile read: Min 4.012 Max 4.023 Avg 4.018
Time for another update as I am doing it in 500-mile increments to catch the point when it levels off. This shows to me that first 1,000 miles is the steep drop of 5% and then for now it seems to level off since the last 500 miles SoH only decreased by less than 0.5%:

1) Delivery SoH = 99.95% (Measured July 1, 2023)
2) Current SoH = 94.62% (Measured October 2, 2023)
3) Current mileage = 1,509
4) kWh DC charging: 1 time during PDI to 100% and 1 time at EA as test to go from 10% to 35%
5) Build date April 2023

500 miles read: Min 3.869 Max 3.875 Avg 3.8716
1000 mile read: Min 4.012 Max 4.023 Avg 4.018
1500 mile read: Min 4.005 Max 4.015 Avg 4.011

1) Delivery Soh - suspect very few if any actually have this?
2) Current SoH
3) Current mileage
4) kWh DC charging (assume remainder at home or work/destination EVSE) - see #3 below on how to obtain.
5) Build date (or just MY if you're not sure)

1) I'll hope 100% not measured
2) SoH 91% measured at 69188 KM October 4, 2023
3) 42.991 Miles ( 69.188KM)
4) Guestimate Half of the mileage so 21.500 miles charged at DC Chargers with max output at 200KW in PCM
5) July 2020

Also noticable that battery SoH decreased only 1% in 2.5 years and 23.214 Miles (37.360KM) driven. My first SoH was 92% at 19.777Miles (31.828 KM) on March 18, 2021

Thx for the update - for whatever reason, your car is most def on the upper end (if not the best) of the performance curve for Cool climates!
