Apologies if this has already been posted, but didn't see it - thought I'd save someone the time it takes to call Porsche and obtain.

To apply for the (up to $600) credit

Email: [email protected]

With the following info:

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Proof of Ownership (e.g., an image of the sales contract, registration, or title)
• Proof of purchase of 3rd party mobile charger
• Mailing address
• Preference for a check or service voucher

Results in an automated response:

"Thank you for contacting Porsche Cars North America. Your claim will be handled in the order it was received. Please anticipate receiving a check by mail within approximately 4 weeks or a service voucher in approximately 3 business days via email, dependent on your chosen option. If you haven't already provided the necessary information below, kindly resend it to avoid any delays in processing your reimbursement claim. "

I submitted a claim for $584 for the charge point flex hardwired on 2-17 and received the check via fedex today (2-29). No email from Porsche acknowledging or approving the submission. But Porsche paid it without question or hassle. The charge point was installed yesterday coincidentally and works great.

Does the purchase of the home charger have to occur AFTER notification of the recall? I purchased a Juicebox 40 one year ago (prior to the recall) - can I use the receipt for this purchase?

I got my $600 check today. It came FedEx without notice. Heads up: someone needs to sign for the delivery.

Submitted mine on 02/25 and did receive a confirmation email. I got the ChargePoint Home Flex 6-50 Plug.

I emailed my info in yesterday (February 28th) and received an acknowledgment back almost immediately. That was refreshing only to confirm that they actually received my email. Will post again when I receive the check. I ordered a Chargepoint and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

If I buy have my electrician provide an itemized invoice that shows the cost of the charger - do we think that is suitable? Or should I buy the charger myself to be safe?

I submitted a claim for a purchase I made in December and I received my check today--I didn't see anything about a date requirement in the notice but was still a little surprised to receive it.

When did you submit it, and how did the payment arrive? Some say FedEx and required a signature. Was that your case as well?

I submitted my claim through my dealership almost a month ago. I received a confirmation email from Porsche, but I haven’t received my reimbursement check yet.

I was also told by my dealer that I qualified for an additional $500 voucher for the inconvenience of the equipment recall. I still have not received that $500 voucher!

I submitted my claim a few days ago and received an email confirmation immediately. The confirmation says it could take up to 4 weeks to receive my check.
