But adding one pedal driving as a third option would not impact the current two options right? So why would they not do it, there is no downside.

I hate one pedal drive myself btw, just don’t understand why they don’t give the possibility for those who want it.

My Polestar does have the three modes.
*Puts on fanboy hat*.

.....it wouldn't drive like a Porsche. :p

Homelink Buttons in the headliner like in the Panamera. Who needs that on the display? (you have to switch off the reversing chamber so that the buttons are displayed again to close the door):surprised:
Three-stage regeneration with steering wheel pedals like the Q4.
Please, please no one-pedal driving!!!
Cell phone charging is ok. You don't want it to fly around while driving just because it's in a compartment.

NO one pedal driving - this is a Porsche not a tesla (insert any family EV)

the tesla regen takes some getting used to and not in a good way. Foot off throttle equals harsh braking.

not had squeaks and rattles.

reliability great except for electronic ghosts in the machine. Charge flaps that randomly cause faults and reset. PCM that occasionally has a brain fart.

but the centre console/cubby - useless! - i never use the wireless charger because 1. I cant bend my elbow and articulate it through xxx degrees. And 2. it overheats the phone.

i dont like the auto brake function in reverse. My garage is on an incline and its awkward.

apart from that i love it

The brakes. Spongy and unresponsive (after bleeding and software update) going forwards, jerky and lurchy at slow speeds in reverse.

Close the gap between the center console and the seat cushion. It is like a black hole for keys, credit cards, whatever passes over the gap - and no way to get your hand in there to retrieve whatever is lost. Or make the seats quick change... Of course if this is the big flaw the engineers should take a bow.

I really like the camera in my Taycan. I must be an outlier here but I find the guidelines to be very precise.

I’d say my number one wish is also manual vents. The next is the unnecessarily convoluted charging timer.

That is closer to the car I want for sure! I may not get it though…depends on whether Taycan depreciation stops or slows down.

My ideal car is an electric 911 Targa.
Is coming for sure! Meanwhile, this could be a very nice car to cruise around for a few years...

If you could change one thing about your Porsche Taycan, what would it be? Possible answers:
* More interior room
* More range
* NACS charging port
* Sunroof that opened
* ???

My answer: Manually adjustable climate vents. :mad:
Lifelong full battery warrenty! I have this with my Zeekr 001 with 140kWh CATL battery.

Not happening. With how many battery recalls taycan has had, they probably already regret even offering warranty

I wonder if you keep paying for porsche approved warranty if it covers the battery too. Would be very stupid if it didn't, basically the same as a 911's engine not being covered.

I know, but this is one of the major reasons, why they don't sell, neither new, nor second hand...
