I am really sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but what can I use if I do not have access to a laptop with an Ethernet connection?
I have a Nov 22 4S CT and would really like to be able to use your amazing software. Given the issues I have had in the past and the poor range, I have a suspicion that I will have plenty of yellow!

Great app. I've used carscanner before to see SoH and battery voltages and temps, but this gives a much more tailored view. I have an ARB7 active on my car as it stopped doing online data uploads for some reason. It was just in the dealer for a 60 day check and this confirms their findings. Great work and looking forward to updated versions.

** AND I have a 2000 mile round trip to Poland in 10 days so the ARB6 maximum charge of 80% is less than ideal!!
You don't have to charge only to 80%.... If you are driving the car for long distances, then charging the car to 100% and then driving it straight after (rather that it sitting in a garage) should not be a big issue.

I have the ARB6 listing on my car as well, but I have been getting it checked every 60 days at Porsche; and the 'unofficial' advise (for my specific car) from a knowledgeable technician has been that as long as I am driving the car and discharging the battery, and not letting it sit at 100% - it is not an issue.

Now having further checked using CT14 software has confirmed that all the cells are green.
So having a ARB6 recall listing is not the end of the world and does not prevent me from charging to 100% before longer trips....

Two battery modules in the red and nine more in the yellow. I currently have 47,000 miles on my 2022 Taycan 4S. I noticed a few month ago a drop in range and my last SOH (3 months ago) was only 86%. I have an air conditioned garage and mostly Level 2 charge in my garage. I have taken some trips and used Level 3 charging as my kids live almost 200 miles from me. I guess I getting mentally prepared to lose my car for a couple of months. Thanks for writing a great program and providing it to us.

This battery is on a non return path to being a mess unfortunately.
We repair 2 or 3 batteries in similar condition (and worse) every single week...

You are probably looking at a battery failure in the relative short term (3 to 6 months).

out of interest, what happens when there is a battery failure? do you suddenly get much lower range? does the car moan at you and tell you there is a battery issue?

Yes in most cases you will suddenly see a massive drop in range.... Sometime I've seen so severe that from 300km or so it drops to 50km fully. But not necessarily every time will be so severe.

Once this happens you are mere hours away from the battery failure. It will still be drivable but at some point sooner or later (hours) after the drop in range happens you will park the car and it wont go into gear again. Red light of death that's it

In this case (in US) will Porsche 'usually' take the car in to replace/fix the battery before the red light of death or do you have to drive it till death for them to acknowledge it?
