This is my first Porsche and I've noticed that not everyone is happy for me. I try to be considerate towards other drivers, but it seems some people see me in my gleaming silver Taycan and don't know what to think. What is your experience?

I'll repeat a very old joke: what's the difference between a porcupine and a Porsche? Answer: the Porcupine has the pricks on the outside ...it's OK to groan

Often it takes a certain amount of ego to achieve enough financial success in life to make the purchase. That same ego can reach toxic levels when an automotive status brand is involved. If it makes you feel better, a lot of the folks that drive the brand, particularly EV Porsche owners, can’t truly afford them.

Who cares about them, tho... If someone is paying 16 years of installments to drive a Taycan... that is their problem. A problem which sooner or later will bite back.

Never drive a car which is worth more than the absolute maximum of 10% of your net worth

Me? arrogant? You must be kidding me. Others are just driving too slow and blocking traffic. I do move out of my way for Ferrari given that they are the only one beating me to the top of the podium
