Porsche Connect not Working - How long to fix?

got it, but for me it was down for over 10 days and kept saying no data connection available even though I have Porsche connect free for 3 years.

Joining the party, no data connection for 5 days so far. Glad to find out that 2-finger reboot doesn't work on J1.2

Google AI sucks. I googled "Taycan 2 finger reboot doesn't work".
Response was: If the two-finger tap to reset the main screen on your Taycan is not working, try holding two fingers in the top-right corner of the center infotainment display for several seconds. This should force the system to reboot....

My car is currently in the shop for 1 week to replace the communications module. I've had periods of 2 months where connections worked and then periods of 2 months where no connection was possible. I'm hoping that with the replacement the issue is fixed once and for all.

You have had more than your fair share of Porsche No Connect problems. I hope that this hardware repair fixes it.
There are several "communications modules" in a Taycan. Once the repair is finished try to get the dealer to specify which parts were replaced.

I'll suffer without the connection and hope it goes away. Although I use the app often, but I rather drive my Taycan everyday than a loaner.

For most of the cars I owned, simple issue should be fixed by the service center in a day or two, but one week is pretty standard for Porsche, the car just sitting there, I don't know why this makes any sense for Porsche.

My app is working fine, but the wifi is not providing a connection currently - very frustrating and out of warranty now.

Update. They changed a module, deleted the car from my Porsche Id and added it back again. Still not working. Car has no connectivity. Search will continue.

My app also stopped working, but the car has full connection and everything works in the car

Same here, I can not find a well known destination in the car . Works fine in the app, but when sending to the car it never arrives.
This is now 5.5 years in ownership and things are just going from bad to worse. So fed up with that car! Blooming paperweight

Joining the party. This week worked fine until Oct 15, then going on a trip today Oct 17, none of my 3 cars are getting destinations from the App. Connections show as live with Traffic and Weather but cannot send destinations from App to Cars.

Anyone else is having, mind you, paid per car Porsche Connect in the US not able to send destinations from App to a Car?

Same issues here in France.

Destinations are not received by the car while the app states destination sent! It is not a very robust implementation is it?
