I also have a 2020 4S - In my case three modules have been replaced and I get similar red and green cell mapping as you when using the tool - especially at the bottom 20% of charge. I am not an expert but when you are adding new cells among old cells it should not be a surprise to see a delta in voltage like this. I would run the rebalancing protocols listed here - effectively run down to 2% or less of charge, leave for 8 hours or so, charge to 100% with a home charger at 10-11kwh, again leave f=overnight at 100% - then use the tool to check what you see at the top and numerous points in discharge of that battery. In my case I regularly get 230-240 miles from a full charge even though the mapping shows three cells out of synch with the rest.

Thanks! I ended up doing this a while back and it did indeed come out looking better. My range is a bit less than that, but its gotten a bit cooler now, and I have a heavy foot. But since then it seems to be working fine, other than the dead pedal popping off :/

I can't get this to connect to my BMS anymore. I used it in November and it was fine, but now it won't connect.

Nothing has changed since November. Software is exactly the same without any updates.

Quite sure it's the network configuration of your PC. Try changing a laptop just to test

Thank you Cris for this fabulous software which I finally got around to using today. Did get the red car error warning “High voltage system not de-energised” when connecting, different wording than others have seen but presumably a warning to techs servicing the car. This disappeared once battery interrogation done and car turned off and then restarted.

I’m very happy with the result for my 3yo CT4S with 48,000 km. Wonderful car and nice to have this reassurance.

With a 48 page long thread we can safely conclude that the majority of the batteries are doing perfectly fine.

When this thread started I wasn't expecting to see so much good readings so that's kinda reassuring as I'm in my 6th year of my 8 year battery warranty.

Thanks for the great tool! I did the test twice in a 2min interval and have this. Second test show red for same values ! Just picked the car up from Porsche. I have 2 y warranty and 8 for the battery (I think it’s standard) how bad are my results ?! Can I expect a j1.2 battery

If you just picked up the car from Porsche after battery repair they did an awful job. The battery should be properly balanced before returning car to customer and this one is not. I guess range isn't brilliant!
